My most recent oil painting. The photo of it here is darker than the original painting. One of my favorite subjects to paint is the beautiful area of the Sawtooth mountains here in Idaho.
You have to hike to where this lake is located and it is a favorite place for everyone who hikes in the Sawtooths.
While oil paints are my favorite medium to work in also I enjoy the details I can get with acrylic artists colors.
